Delete your Frankie account

This page explains how to delete your account in Frankie, the everyday-tools app by the Sayro team, and what happens to your data when you do.

You only have an account if you chose to sign in. Frankie works without one.

Delete your account in the app (fastest)

1. Open Frankie and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap your name at the top to open your profile.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.
4. Confirm with the account you signed in with (Google, or Sign in with Apple on iPhone).

Your account is deleted right away.

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app installed or can’t sign in, email sayro.team@gmail.com from the email address on your Frankie account with the subject “Delete my Frankie account” (if you hid your email with Sign in with Apple, write from your Apple ID email and say so). We’ll delete your account and data within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your account (name, email address, unique account ID, and account creation date)
• Your profile photo and display name
• Everything backed up to your account: History, Favorites, Saved cities, usage counts, and Preferences
• When you delete from the app, all Frankie data on that device too
• If you used Sign in with Apple, Frankie’s Sign in with Apple access is revoked

What’s kept

• Nothing linked to your account. Anonymous crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics) aren’t tied to your account and are deleted automatically by Google, typically within 90 days.
• Frankie data on other devices you used stays on those devices until you uninstall the app or clear it there. It is no longer backed up once your account is deleted.
